Aircraft Stress Analyst 
Degree in engineering with minimum of 8 years experience in Stress analysis of aircraft structures.  FEM experience in PATRAN,ABAQUS or HYPERMESH  a plus. Composite experience is also preferred.

Degree in engineering with minimum of 8 years experience in Aircraft structures design using Catia V4 & V5. Composite experience is preferred.

Aircraft Loads and Dynamic Engineer

Job Description:
-Perform Aerodynamic loads analysis supported by CFD, wind tunnel pressure model and flight testing.
-Prepare aerodynamic databases for use in external loads and dynamics analysis.
-Calculate external airplane static loads for flight/grounding/landing impact.
-Calculate external dynamics loads considering the random nature of atmospheric turbulence and the effect of automatic flight control systems in determining structural responses and load distributions.
-Evaluate the airplane dynamic load due to landing and taxi maneuvers.
-Solve Flutter and vibration problems utilizing analysis and testing in order to provide input to improve preliminary airplane design and to verify that margins of safety with respect to flutter are adequate.

Requirements:
-BS or MS degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering with 10 years experience in aircraft aeroelastic analysis.
-Classical hand calculations for static and dynamic analysis.
-Ability to use Excel and spreadsheets and other Microsoft Office Applications.
-Familiarity with FEA and FEM analysis tools such as Patran and Nastran.
-Ability to produce formal reports.
-Demonstrated multi-tasking ability.
-Proven ability to provide initiative in decision making.

Aircraft Loads and Dynamic Engineer Manager
Description:
Manage and mentor a team performing aeroelastic loads analysis supported by CFD, wind tunnel pressure model and flight testing. Prepare aerodynamic data bases for use in external loads and dynamics. Manage the analysis of external airplane static loads for flight/ground/landing impact. Manage the analysis of external dynamic loads considering the random nature of atmospheric turbulence and the effect of automatic flight control systems in determining structural responses and load distributions. Also evaluate the airplane dynamic loads due to landing and taxi maneuvers. Manage the solution of flutter and vibration problems utilizing analysis and testing in order to provide input to improve preliminary airplane design, and to verify that margins of safety with respect to flutter are adequate.

The successful candidate must:

* Have a complete understanding and wide application of engineering principles and concepts for aircraft aeroelastic loads analysis.
* Be capable of complete design documentation and assistance in certification efforts, as required. Working knowledge of other disciplines in an Integrated Product Team (IPT) environment.
* Have the ability to apply extensive loads and dynamics expertise in problem-solving. Candidate must be familiar with aircraft and FAR 25 certification requirements; be able to manage a group of engineers and suppliers to complete a project on schedule and on budget. Must be able to scope project size and develop and outline a technical approach, a budget, and a schedule for problems.

Airline Project Engineer - Aircraft Structures
Description:
Windspeed Technical Solutions is pleased to offer the following position:

Requirements:
-Airline experience is required
-Engineering degree required
-Structures background with a focus on airline experience and aptitude for
Project management
-Stress or design background may be acceptable experience however this position will focus mainly on project implementation/management.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Primary area of focus is on Boeing 737CL/NAG aircraft structure. Prepare
Engineering Orders to incorporate FAA mandated Airworthiness Directives,
Federal Aviation Regulation changes, airframe manufacturer Service Bulletins,
and component manufacturer Service Bulletins. Investigate, analyze, and
implement corrective action for reliability problems associated with
Airlines fleet of 737CL/NG aircraft. Provide oversight of the Maintenance
Program for assigned area of responsibility. Function as a team leader/member
on projects with contract engineers, Maintenance Planning, Maintenance, Quality
Control, Flight Operations, Reliability & Maintenance Programs. Provide project
and special interest issue updates to senior management.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Theoretical and practical knowledge of 737 CL/NG aircraft structures.
Familiarity with FAA regulations and the Supplemental Type Certification
process related to aircraft structure repairs and modification. Strong
analytical ability, particularly in identifying problems and significant
trends. The ability to balance multiple tasks and an aptitude for project
management. Previous management experience is preferred. Strong oral and
written communication skills.

Education:
B.S. degree in Aeronautical, Aerospace, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering
