Senior RF Design Engineer
Duties Include:
- We are looking for a meticulous and organized design engineer.
- MUST BE experienced in design and develop the latest in RF amplifier technology employing GaN, GaAs, LDMOS and MMIC designs.
-MUST HAVE experience with frequencies between 20MHz to 20GHz and power levels from 1 watt to 1000+ watts is highly desirable.
- An MSEE and design experience is highly desired.
- A BSEE and/or equivalent experience will also be considered.
-US Citizenship is REQUIRED
- Experience Designing RF Power Amplifiers (PA)
- Experience working with frequencies up to 20GHz
- Experience working with power levels up to 1000 watts
- Familiarity with GaN, GaAs, LDMOS or MMIC
- Experience with Power Supply, Analog/DC or Logic Design

Mechanical Engineer
Duties Include:
- Must develop conceptual, preliminary, and detailed designs of airfoil components for gas turbine propulsion systems.
-Perform fundamental calculations and run small computer models to quickly assess the validity of design concepts.
- Must have good inter-personal skills
- You will make use of continuous improvement tools (RRCA, QCPC, Process Cert.) to work with manufacturing experts to identify preferred processes and associated process capability and capture in design standard documentation.
-Candidate must have:
- BA in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering is required.
- Six plus years of Mechanical Design experience is required.

Senior Engineer, Test/Reliability
Duties Include:
- Candidate activities will include back-up operator support for infrared imaging and pyrometer systems.
- Candidate will cross-train for installation, integration, operation, maintenance will be provided by the primary operator for the IR imaging and pyrometer systems.
- Must work with various engineering and program groups
- Must help with back-shop support
-Successful candidate will work in accordance with program test milestones, which will include short periods of extended hours and possibly late nights.
-Candidates must have a BA/BS Degree in Electrical Engineering
- A minimum of two to seven years of engineering experience with rocket engine test instrumentation development, integration, set-up, operation and maintenance.
- Must have on-site experience with propulsion system, rocket engine, and/or component hot fire testing or launch operations.

Senior Structures Analyst
Duties Include
-Candidate will provide analytical support for the preliminary design phase through detailed design
-Develop testing, certification by regulatory authorities or government customers, transition to production manufacturing and repair limit definition.
-Perform state-of-the-art ANSYS finite element analysis for stress, vibration, mission low cycle fatigue life, residual life (fracture mechanics) prediction, and optimization
-Stress testing and data reduction; production and in-service field investigations.
-Must participate as an active member in cross-discipline integrated product teams to provide design solutions that balance performance, cost, and weight requirements.
-Must write clear documentation and create/ provide impactful, persuasive presentations to management and customers.
- Will have significant interaction with internal and external customers
Candidate must have:
- A Bachelors Degree in Mechanical, Structural or Aerospace Engineering
- Must have five or more years of structural analysis experience
-Experience analyzing gas turbine engine hardware a plus
-Stress and vibration analysis, low cycle fatigue, fracture mechanics
- Must have computer skills: Ability to create and run advanced (non-linear, contact) ANSYS analysis required.

Sr. Export Specialist / Program Manager
Duties Include:
- The candidate will serve as a member of the Legal Services Export/Import Compliance team
-Responsible for taking a leadership role in facilitating a high-quality
- Duties will require strategic partnering with internal business unit export compliance management teams to assess export resource requirements and compile pertinent information to accurately and effectively assess program needs.
-Duties include auditing the current structure, developing and driving proficiency levels and assisting the business with determining resource needs.
-Must monitor the effectiveness of the program in an effort of continuous improvement.
-Must arrange for the planning, coordination & tracking of training (quarterly training; recertification and refresher training; workshops), and the use of training tracking reports to identify deficiencies and schedule training.
-Must consult with Export Compliance IT Tools Manager on the management of the database.
- Responsible for the proactive development and implementation of strategies, processes, standard work and work instructions to ensure on-going compliance with all export and import laws, regulations, and policies related to the export of technology, technical data, etc.

Duties Include:
- Implementation and management of innovative sales strategies to drive sales growth
- Strengthen overall relationships with key existing accounts
- Identify new opportunities to expand product market share
- You will develop and maintain successful relationships with customers as well as establish and maintain effective working relationships with multiple internal organizational teams to address customer requirements and strategic company objectives including participation in proposal development, technical and business presentations, contract negotiations and closings
- The successful candidate will provide the overall sales leadership, vision and expertise required to define, develop and execute a successful sales strategy to grow company revenue.
- Candidate must have:

Structures Chief
Duties Include:
- The Structures Chief will support the Propulsion System Integration Center
- Must work closely with Propulsion engineers to manage the product review process.
- Must support the development of engineering standard work.
- Provide guidance for developing designs that result in products and components that are low cost and competitively superior
- Must provide proactive technical guidance in the resolution of module level technical problems and issues.
- Must make sure standards/formats created are input into engineering standard work for future program usage.
- Must participate in design reviews and preparation for reviews and follow-ups.
- Evaluate employees proficiency and training requirements
- Must oversee and improve the loads management process
- Must mentor employees and identify potential career paths
- Must have a BS Mechanical Engineering or Aeronautical Engineering with 10 plus years experience is required.

Duties Include:
Must have technical administration and expert advice to Mechanical Design Engineers serving to push the state of the art in engine exhaust nozzle design. Provide guidance and mentoring for developing mechanical arrangements that result in products and components that are low cost and competitively superior.
The Applicant Must Have:
A minimal of a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering,
with at least 15 years of mechanical design experience in the design of exhaust systems
